Cambria Heights senior defensive lineman Garrett Jasper was selected to the Pa. Football Writers All-State team in Class 2A on Saturday.
Jasper helped the Highlanders win the District 6 Class 2A championship, their second district title in as many years.
Bedford's Quincy Swaim also made the team as an athlete and helped the Bisons win District 5 before they lost to eventual PIAA champion Troy in the state playoffs.
Juniata's Jasper Shepps made the Class 4A team as a defensive back, and State College landed several players on the Class 6A team including Eddie Corkery (QB), Ty Salazer (WR), Luke Milito and Matt Gaul (OL) and Michael Gaul (LB).
