CLAYSBURG — Both the Berlin Brothersvalley and Williamsburg Area girls basketball teams have their sights set on winning a PIAA Class 1A state championship this season. Berlin reached the PIAA semifinals a year ago, while Williamsburg made it to the PIAA quarterfinals.
