Rhylan Hoopsick-Bell, Glendale Vikings complete comeback
BOSWELL — Trailing by eight points entering the fourth quarter, Glendale outscored North Star by 10 in the final frame to put out a 51-49 victory in high school boys basketball on Friday.
Rhylan Hoopsick-Bell posted a game-high 25 points as the Vikings’ lone double figure scorer.

Bears win two
CLEARFIELD — Four Great Commission players scored in double figures in a 63-32 rout of Clearfield Alliance in high school boys basketball.
Alex Guise led the way for the 16-0 Bears with 18 points, Elijah Best dropped 15, Landyn Ulrich collected 12 and Kavion Rodgers tallied 10.
On Thursday in DuBois, Guise posted a double-double of 28 points and 10 rebounds for Great Commission in a 79-50 victory over DuBois Christian.
Best collected 19 points, including five 3-pointers, Ulrich tallied 17, while Rodgers pulled down 13 rebounds for the Bears.

MOUNT UNION — Williamsburg got down by 15 points to Mount Union after the first quarter, then made a run in the middle before falling in the fourth of a 65-57 loss to Mount Union in boys basketball.
Ethan Reffner hit three 3-pointers and recorded a team-high 32 points for the Blue Pirates, while Ty Uplinger delivered 11, including three treys, and Andrew Clark finished with 10.
Caison Scott collected a game-high 35 points for the Trojans.

Lady Tigers lose
CLEARFIELD — The Hollidaysburg girls basketball team lost Clare Padamonsky to an injury early in the game, and three starters fouled out as Clearfield pulled away in the fourth quarter after leading by just two after three, 79-66.
Alana Lightner scored 25 points for the Lady Tigers. Makenna Weimert scored 14 points, and Jillian Sidney scored 10 points.
Sonny Diehl led all scorers with 30 points for Clearfield, and Eve Helsel added 29 points for the Lady Bison.

TYRONE — Alena Nagle shot a 268-2 to claim first for Bishop Carroll rifle in a 1239-8 to 1156-10 victory over Tyrone Christian on Friday at the Tyrone Sportsmen’s Club.
Ty Oravec had a personal best of 236-1 for the Huskies which improved to 5-4.
Christian Harris finished with 254-1 to lead Tyrone Christian.
