WILLIAMSPORT -- The Altoona girls basketball team jumped out to a 41-13 halftime lead en route to a 60-22 win at Williamsport Wednesday night in high school action.
The Lady Lions, who improved to 13-2, got 13 points from Melana Eyer and 11 points from Brionna Hudson.
Williamsport (4-8) got six points each from Khamya Moate and Isabella Campbell.
