The Bulldogs got 18 points from Brayden Haney, while Cory Walter and Christian Treon accounted for 12 apiece as C-K moved to 12-8.
Walter also pulled down 12 rebounds, Elias Ritchey had six assists and six steals and Anthony Napolitano dished out six assists.
Zander Ritenour led the Rockets, now 1-18, with 13 points.
