PATTON -- Cambria Heights dominated Ferndale in its regular-season finale on Tuesday night with a 55-18 victory in high school girls basketball action.
Sienna Kirsch led the Lady Highlanders, who jumped out to a 19-0 lead after one quarter, with 20 points.
Kinley Rogal scored 17 points for Heights, and Gracey Vinglish scored 13.

Huskies triumph
HUNTINGDON -- Bishop Carroll improved to 10-11 with a 44-38 win at Huntingdon.
The Lady Huskies, up 21-18 at halftime, got 10 points and seven rebounds from Adelyn Myers. Teammate Ava Pablic added nine points.
Huntingdon (11-10) got 13 points from Lilly Borger.
