HOLLIDAYSBURG -- Down 30-23 at halftime, the Hollidaysburg girls basketball team battled back to beat Central Cambria, 53-46, in high school action Wednesday night.
Hollidaysburg, which improved to 15-0, outscored the Lady Red Devils (8-8), 18-10 in the third quarter and 12-6 in the final frame. Bella Vent scored 27 points to spark the victory. Teammates Clare Padamonsky and Makenna Weimert each added 12 points.
Central Cambria got 12 points from Keira Link to go with 11 from Alaina Sheehan.
