HOLLIDAYSBURG -- The Hollidaysburg Area High School girls basketball team improved to 13-0 overall with a 54-23 thrashing of Bellefonte on Wednesday night.
The Lady Tigers jumped out to a 38-9 halftime advantage and cruised from there.
Bella Vent led Hollidaysburg with 14 points, and Clare Padamonsky scored 10. The Lady Tigers host Central Cambria Friday.

Bishop Carroll romps
EBENSBURG -- Bishop Carroll dominated North Star, 63-18, in a non-league game.
Emily Olienyk recorded a double-double for the Lady Huskies with 12 points and 10 rebounds, and Allie Dziabo scored 10 points.
With the victory, Bishop Carroll improved to 5-7 while North Star saw its record fall to 3-12.
The Lady Huskies are at Huntingdon on Friday night.

Heights falls
PATTON -- River Valley improved to 12-4 with a 52-42 win over Cambria Heights.
The Lady Highlanders, who trailed 16-14 at halftime, got 19 points from Sienna Kirsch. Teammate Gracey Vinglish added nine as Heights fell to 5-7.
River Valley got 24 points from Ava Perschetti, who was a perfect 10-for-10 from the foul line.
Height hosts United Friday night.
