Altoona broke out to a 16-2 lead after the first quarter and never looked back, routing Central Dauphin East, 60-19, on Monday night in high school girls basketball at Altoona Fieldhouse.
Lanie Wilt led the Lady Lions, now 12-3 overall, with 17 points, Melana Eyer scored 14, and Zaelinh Nguyen-Moore and Raylin Eyer each added nine points.
