CLAYSBURG -- Claysburg-Kimmel placed five players in double figures in a come-from-behind 71-69 victory over Mount Union in Inter-County Conference East Division high school boys basketball action on Tuesday.
The Trojans' Bryce Danish, who led all scorers with 32 points, hit a 3-pointer with 29 seconds left to put his team up 69-68.
The Bulldogs' Elias Ritchey, who scored a team-high 14 points, drove the middle of the lane and hit a floater while being fouled with 16.9 remaining. The free throw was good to set the eventual final.
Danish got off an off-balance shot in the middle of the key that hit the front of the rim and rolled off the side with no time left.
Brayden Haney recorded 13 points, Aidan Simpson and Landon Douglas tallied 12 and Cory Walter tacked on 11, including three treys for Claysburg.
Dylan Shawver collected 16 points for MU, while George Bilger had 11.

Dante LaRocco and MJ Harrington each scored eight points for Altoona, now 0-4.

ALEXANDRIA -- Charlie Mattas scored 18 points, and Connor Robinson had 16 points and 12 rebounds to help Juniata Valley improve to 4-0 with a 73-53 win over Glendale.
Also scoring in double figures for the Green Hornets were Chris Deihl, Jett Rand and Ronal Chavez with 12 points apiece.
Landen McGarvey scored 19 points for Glendale, and Joey Kitko scored 16.
