PHILIPSBURG — Junior Halle Herrington put up a game-high 42 points to lead Philipsburg-Osceola past Bellefonte, 75-33, in high school girls basketball action on Wednesday.
Herrington was 11-for-11 from the foul line.
Kyleigh Kennedy chipped in with 11 points for the Lady Mounties.
