Slowik pitches Bulldog baseball to victory past Warriors

Paydden Knisely led the Bulldogs with three RBIs, while Mason Campagna added two hits and two RBIs.

Heights takes two

PATTON — Cambria Heights scored two runs in the bottom of the sixth inning to edge Conemaugh Valley, 8-7, in the second game of a double header.

Nolan Clawson and Blake Orosz each had two hits for Heights, and Evan Thomas drove in two runs.

In the first game, Bryce Lewis gave up just one run in six-plus innings to earn the win, and he also smacked two doubles and drove in a run in a 2-1 Heights victory.
