Coach Kevin Soellner’s quote: “Brayden has been vital to our success in the leadoff spot. In all of our big wins, he has pretty much led the game off with a hit to set the tone. As a catcher, he has held the running games down very well. I also have my catchers call the pitches for the game. He does extremely well at that. He also is one of the main leaders of the team and is always level-headed. He never gets out of whack. He also is in the top four of his class, which might be the most important thing he does.”
