Chichester has ‘amazing’ week for Tyrone track

Athlete of the week achievement: Chichester was named the girls Outstanding Runner at the Bellwood-Antis Invitational where she won four events, the 200- and 400-meter dashes and both the 400- and 1600-meter relays. She helped Tyrone set a meet record in the 1600 relay and set a Tyrone record in the 400. She followed that by leading Tyrone to the team championship at the Altoona Area Mountain Lion Classic where she won the same four events against even more competition.
Season update: Chichester leads the Mirror Honor Roll in the 400 and is third in the 200. Her relay teams are also among the top on the honor roll in the area.
