Athlete of the week achievement: Albarano led the Golden Tigers with 25 points in a win over Philipsburg-Osceola and scored 21 points in Hollidaysburg’s win over Bishop McCort.
Season update: Albarano is averaging 17 points per game to go along with his four rebounds and four assists per game.
Coach Brad Lear’s quote: “Vince’s performance this past week was a huge boost for our team, especially since we were missing some key pieces of our rotation. He has had a great year and is continuing to improve. Since taking over the point guard duties last season, Vince has made huge strides, he is a leader on the court and gets us organized offensively.”
