Athlete of the week achievement: Woomer was named MVP of the Tyrone Fred B. Miller Holiday Basketball Tournament. She scored 16 points in a 50-38 victory over Bellwood-Antis and had 17 points in the 56-50 win over Penn Cambria in the championship.

Season update: Woomer is averaging 13.1 points and 6.0 rebounds per game for the 5-3 Lady Eagles.
