Athlete of the week achievement: Marasco scored both Lady Marauder goals in a 2-1 victory over Clearfield. She also had a goal and an assist in a 6-1 win over Central.

Season update: Marasco has three goals and one assist for the 2-0 Lady Marauders.

Coach Joe DeLeo's quote: "Emma is new to our team as an incoming freshman but brings a lot of experience. She works tremendously hard at practice and never takes a play off during the game. For such a young player, she has a great understanding of the game and is around the ball at all times. As impressed as the coaching staff is with her offensive ability, we are even more pleased with her unrelenting defense on our opponents' defensive backs. I look forward to coaching Emma for the next four years.''
