Athlete of the week achievement: Kephart led Hollidaysburg to a season-opening championship in the Forest Hills Kick-Off Tournament where the Lady Tigers went 7-1 in pool play. Hollidaysburg defeated Tyrone, West Shamokin and West Branch in the playoffs to win the title.
Season update: Hollidaysburg got its season off to a good start after winning District 6 Class 3A title last season.
