The Altoona swim teams earned a sweep of Cambria Heights as the Mountain Lions came out with a 93-40 victory, while the Lady Lions captured a 92-78 win in high school action on Wednesday.

Greg Wenzel (100 freestyle and 100 backstroke) was the lone double-winner for the Altoona boys.

Vinny Ricupero (50 and 200 freestyles) and Rocco Ricupero (200 IM and 100 breaststroke) claimed two wins each for the Highlanders.

Ella Heverly (100 butterfly and 100 breaststroke) was a double-winner for the Altoona girls team.

Eli Weaver (200 IM and 100 breaststroke), Kaden Henderson (50 and 100 freestyles) and Charlie Pollock (100 butterfly and 100 backstroke) won two events each for the Golden Tigers.

EBENSBURG — Central Cambria teams each earned victories over Westmont Hilltop as the boys won 108-52, while the girls came out on top by a 130-30 final.

Giles Westrick (200 freestyle and 100 butterfly) and Ethan Haycisak (200 IM and 500 freestyle) won two events apiece for the Red Devils.

Kendall Magulick (200 freestyle and 100 backstroke) was the lone Lady Red Devils to capture two events.
