Guilfoyle earns top seed

Bishop Guilfoyle secured the top seed in the Laurel Highlands Athletic Conference playoffs with a 72-51 win over Westmont Hilltop at the Pleasant Valley gym on Monday night in high school boys basketball action.

Patrick Haigh's 18 points were tops for Guilfoule (18-4), which led 29-16 at halftime. Karson Kieswetter added 14 points to go with 13 points from Caio Machado.
