Athlete of the week achievement: Noce finished third individually at the John Sample Invitational in 18:50.3 and helped Altoona win the team championship in the 21-team event.
Season update: Noce ran a personal record 18:11.1 at the Carlisle Challenge Race. She also ran 18:25 at the Red, White and Blue race and a time of 18:35 at the season-opening Big Valley Invitational.

How I got my start in cross country: “I joined my seventh grade year, but had wanted to join the cross country team since I was in second grade, because the home course was outside my elementary school. I always saw the runners beginning practice and knew it was something I wanted to participate in.”
Future goal: Finish in less than 18 minutes in cross country.
