Notable: Iowa announced earlier this week that starting 197-pounder Massoma Endene is no longer with the team. Endene, a 3-time Division III national champion at Wartburg College, went 6-1 for the Hawkeyes this year. … Penn State has shut out three opponents in a row, most recently a 46-0 win over Rutgers on Saturday at Rec Hall. … This year’s matchup with the Hawkeyes features five top-ranked wrestlers in Penn State’s Shayne Van Ness (149), Mitchell Mesenbrink (165), Levi Haines (174), and Josh Barr (197), and Iowa’s Angelo Ferrari (184). … The Hawkeyes, ranked third by InterMat, already have two losses this season.
