UNIVERSITY PARK — Penn State is losing its special teams coordinator. Multiple media outlets are reporting that Stacy Collins is leaving to join Boise State’s staff. Collins, who spent two years at PSU, is expected to coach special teams and linebackers at Boise, where he coached prior to joining the Nittany Lions’ staff. Collins’ departure means James Franklin will be replacing its third coordinator in the past two months.
