UNIVERSITY PARK — Penn State Athletics has announced game day themes for the 2024 football season on Monday with the nationally-recognized White Out game scheduled for Nov. 9 against Washington. The Penn State Stripe Out will take place on Oct. 5 against UCLA, and the Helmet Stripe will happen on Nov. 2 against Ohio State. The Sept. 7 game against Bowling Green will be the THON game, Sept. 21 against Kent State is the Military Appreciation Day, Sept. 28 against Illinois will be Homecoming, and Nov. 30 against Maryland will be Senior Day. Kling transfers to Penn State

From Mirror reports UNIVERSITY PARK — The Penn State baseball team received a commitment from Central High School graduate Paxton Kling on Saturday. Kling played two seasons at LSU and won a College World Series title in 2023. Kling, an outfielder, announced his decision to transfer to Penn State in a social media post titled, “Coming home.” In 2023, Kling played in 53 games and started 22 as a true freshman for the Tigers. RB flips from PSU to Auburn

The Associated Press AUBURN, Ala. — Alvin Henderson has decided to stay in state. The four-star Elba, Alabama, running back announced on social media that he has flipped his commitment from Penn State to Auburn. Henderson is ranked No. 55 in the ESPN 300 for the Class of 2025. He is now Auburn’s highest-ranked prospect and the school’s 10th ESPN 300 commitment in that class. He was the highest-ranked prospect headed to Penn State.
