Franklin’s contract adjusted

UNIVERSITY PARK – Penn State’s Board of Trustees on Friday approved an amendment to James Franklin’s contract. The Committee on Equity and Human Resources made the revision to account for the expanded 12-team College Football Playoff, which the No. 4 Nittany Lions (10-1) are expected to make this year.
