EVANSTON, Ill. — The Penn State women’s basketball team came out with the victory in a hard-fought 63-59 win over Northwestern on Thursday night in Welsh-Ryan Arena. The Big Ten announced Tuesday several revisions in its composite schedule, which is expected to be formally released today. The changes were widely reported on social media Tuesday.
