Four former Penn State Nittany Lions will represent Penn State on NBA Summer League rosters as Summer League action begins this week.
Yanic Konan Niederhauser (Los Angeles Clippers), Ace Baldwin Jr. (Memphis Grizzlies), Zach Hicks (Boston Celtics) and Andrew Funk (Philadelphia 76ers) will all suit up from July 10-20 in Las Vegas.
Baldwin Jr.'s Grizzlies and Funk's Sixers have both gotten an early jump on Summer League action, competing in the Salt Lake City Summer League from July 5-8. Konan Niederhauser became the first Nittany Lion to be selected in the first round of the NBA Draft in Penn State history in late June when he was selected by the Clippers with the 30th overall pick in the first round of the 2025 NBA Draft. Baldwin and Hicks are fellow rookies alongside Niederhauser.
