PSU men set for Bahamas
UNIVERSITY PARK -- Exhibition games dates, times and opponents for the Penn State men's basketball team's August foreign tour to the Bahamas were finalized on Thursday.
The Nittany Lions, under new head coach Mike Rhoades, will play a pair of games against international competition as part of the 2023 Baha Mar Hoops Summer League when Penn State travels to the Bahamas Aug. 6-13.
Penn State opens exhibition game action on Tuesday, Aug. 8, against The Bahamas national team. The Nittany Lions will then take on University of Victoria (Canada) on Thursday, Aug. 10.
NCAA basketball teams are permitted to take an international tour to play exhibition games once every four years. The Nittany Lions last traveled abroad to the Bahamas in 2017.

n The Penn State women's basketball team added Ashley Owusu to the Lady Lions' 2023-24 roster through the transfer portal. She previously played for Maryland and Virginia Tech. She averaged 14.6 points-per game playing for the Terrapins.
