Steelers get special teamer in Pro Bowl

From Mirror, wire reports PITTSBURGH — Steelers special teams ace Miles Killebrew was named to the Pro Bowl Games on Wednesday. This is the second straight year that Killebrew will participate in the Pro Bowl Games, after he was selected to the games last year. Killebrew, the Steelers special teams captain, had 13 special teams tackles, eight of them solo stops, which was tied for ninth most in the NFL this year. Falcons talk to Steelers position coach

The Associated Press FLOWERY BRANCH, Ga. — The Atlanta Falcons announced Friday they interviewed former San Francisco defensive coordinator Steve Wilks and Pittsburgh Steelers secondary coach Grady Brown as the team continued its search for a defensive coordinator. The Associated Press The New York Jets interviewed Pittsburgh Steelers offensive coordinator Arthur Smith and Houston Texans offensive coordinator Bobby Slowik for their head coach position Thursday. The meetings with Smith and Slowik gave the Jets 12 known candidates with whom they’ve spoken about their vacancy.
