PITTSBURGH -- Pittsburgh Steelers linebacker Patrick Queen was named to the 2025 NFL Pro Bowl Wednesday, replacing Roquan Smith of Baltimore.
It marks Queen's second career Pro Bowl selection (2023).
In 2024, Queen registered a team-high 129 tackles (65 solo), seven passes defensed, six tackles for loss, five QB hits, two forced fumbles and one fumble recovery.
He was the only defender in the NFL this season to record 125 or more tackles, six or more tackles for loss and seven or more passes defensed. Queen' 129 tackles are the fifth-most in a season by a Steeler since 1994.
Queen is the seventh Steeler slated to participate in this year's Pro Bowl Games, joining Chris Boswell, Cameron Heyward, Minkah Fitzpatrick, Miles Killebrew, Isaac Seumalo and Russell Wilson.
Brady a big help
HENDERSON, Nev. -- Faced with hiring a general manager and head coach, most NFL owners would've been heavily involved in every facet of the process. Las Vegas Raiders owner Mark Davis, however, leaned on Tom Brady.
Davis ceded much control of those searches to Brady, the seven-time Super Bowl-winning quarterback and current Fox NFL analyst, who was brought into the organization in October as a minority owner.
Brady helped lead a committee that landed Pete Carroll as the coach and John Spytek, a former Michigan football player, as the general manager.
