Lilly Conrad Chiropractic swept its best-of-three semifinal series with Blair County Oil with a 10-4 victory Saturday at Vets Field in the Altoona Greater City Baseball League. Blair County Oil jumped out to a 4-0 lead after the first inning, but Lilly pitcher Aiden Coleman closed the door the rest of the way.
