Ex-collegian in big trouble

CLARKSBURG, W.Va. –– Former college basketball player Kerr Kriisa has been accused of fraudulently obtaining nearly $2.2 million from two victims. A federal grand jury in West Virginia indicted him last month. The case was unsealed Monday after his arrest in Kentucky on Friday. Kriisa is a 6-foot-3 guard from Estonia.
