Sinisi’s Detailing scored three runs in the top of the fifth inning and it held up in a 10-9 victory over Blair County Oil in a Greater City League baseball game. BERLIN — The Northern Bedford County High School softball team’s season reached an end on Friday with an 8-1 loss to top-seeded Berlin Brothersvalley in the District 5 Class 1A semifinals. Mylee Mitchell struck out 13 batters for the Lady Panthers, who committed six errors. The Lady Panthers, which finished the season at 12-8, got a two-out single from Callie Miller in the top of the first that scored Emilee Beach to account for the lone NBC run.
