All-state status for two C-K, CC softball players

The Pennsylvania High School Softball Coaches Association named its all-state team on Monday and two players each from Claysburg-Kimmel and Central Cambria landed on the first team. Catcher Kathryn Scott and outfielder Camryn Matlin were picked as first-team PAHSSBCA all-state in Class 3A, and Central’s Kailyn Gahagan was a second-team selection as a utility player.
