JOHNSTOWN -- Portage's Andrew Miko delivered the big hit in helping Mainline Pharmacy capture the Johnstown AAABA League championship on Sunday night at Point Stadium.
With his team down 2-0, Miko belted a three-run homer in the bottom of the seventh inning and Mainline went on to beat rival Martella's, 3-2, and win the championship series 3-2.
Miko finished 3-for-3 in the game. Chase Williamson (six innings) and Bryce Maddeon (three innings) combined on a four-hitter.
Both teams will compete in the AAABA National Tournament.
In Saturday's game, won by Mainline Pharmacy 11-4, Brody Roberts and Trey Wingard each had four hits for Mainline -- which had 21 hits as a team.

11U team still alive
SELINSGROVE -- Hollidaysburg won two games over the weekend, 14-9 over Southern Lehigh on Saturday and 10-3 over Glenmore Eagles on Sunday, to stay alive in the 11U Pa. Little League State Tournament.
Hollidaysburg will take on West Point today with a chance to make the finals on the line.
Gavyn McDade homered on Saturday, and Aiden Tomchick drove in three runs. Carter Campbell drove in three runs and had two hits in Sunday's game.

WILKES BARRE -- Adalyn Hines hit a grand slam for West Suburban in its 14-4 win over Delaware in Saturday's 14U Juniors Softball East Regional tourney.
Winning pitcher Reese Pinizzotto tripled and drove in three runs, and Jerzy Bopp added a triple and two runs batted in.
West Suburban will face New Jersey at 11 a.m. today.
