Anthony Swander hit a walk-off, two-out single in the bottom of the ninth inning to lift Sons & Daughters of Italy to a 3-2 win over Gloria Gates Care in the second game of the George B. Kelley Federation semifinals Thursday at Mansion Park to force a Game 3 in the best-of-three series.
Brady Hoover pitched six scoreless innings of relief and allowed just two hits to earn the win.
Carter McConnell had a hit and an RBI for Gloria Gates, and Connor Waite doubled.
Game 3 is tonight at 5:30 at Mansion Park.

Laurel Med's Eli Moser and Caleb Detrich combined for a three-hit shutout in a 7-0 win over Barton's Plumbing & Heating at Mansion Park.
A trip to the finals will be on the line in a deciding third game tonight at 8, back at Mansion Park.
Nathan Phillips tripled and knocked in two runs to lead Laurel Med at the plate. Detrich doubled, while Moser had two hits and drove in a pair of runs.
Lex Dixon, Lucas Farabaugh, and Mikey Hofer all had hits for Barton's.

LILLY -- Sinisi Detailing downed Blair County Oil, 10-0, in five innings.
Ray Watt, who pitched a complete-game shutout with seven strikeouts, had three hits for Sinisi.
Brad Rosemas added two hits and two RBIs.
11U Little League
SELINSGROVE -- Down 4-1 in the bottom of the second, Hollidaysburg scored eight runs to help with a 12-7 victory over Glenmoore Eagle in the first round of the 11U state tournament.
Gavyn McDade clubbed a 3-run homer and scored three times to lead Hollidaysburg. Liam Weikert and Connor Hmel both had two hits. Weikert and Finn Corey both had doubles, and Hmel slapped a triple.
Zachary Cohen earned the win after throwing 2 1/3 innings and striking out six.
Hollidaysburg plays Council Rock Newtown this afternoon at 4.

O'Roark dominates
WILKES BARRE -- Winning pitcher Olivia O'Roark hit two home runs and doubled among her four hits in leading West Suburban to a 22-0 victory over Maine in the Little League softball 14U East Region Juniors Tournament.
O'Roark had four RBIs, and Reagan Bills, Cameron Mash and Kylie Ferguson drove in three runs each.
