TYRONE — The team of Andrew Ferguson, Joey DelGrosso, Mark Roth and Gregory Ferguson won the 32-team Sinking Valley Memorial Day Scramble by shooting a 60.

Tied for second at 63 were the team of Jacob Meredith, Ethan Vipond, Blake Brooks and Cortlynd Rhoades, and the team of Scott Berardinelli, Cory Henderson, Doug Grissinger and Kyle Bellew.

Closest to the pins were Brooks (2 and 16), Drew Brennan (8) amd Harry Miller (10), and longest putts were John Bantz and Kyle Bellew.

Summit

CRESSON — Dave States and Ryan Giblock won the Men’s Division in the Barry Himes Memorial Scramble at Summit Country Club last week.

States and Giblock shot a 67 to edge Pummy Pirozzola and Mike Dunmyer (68) and Brady Eckenrode and Jacob Gregg (69).

Therese Perino, Diane Dunmyer and Cindy Rabish won the Ladies Division with a 75.

Closest to the pin were Jack Shaffer (No. 4), Walt Shaw (No. 8), Pirozzola and Dunmyer (No. 12).

Sylvan Hills

HOLLIDAYSBURG — League leaders in the Sylvan Hills Thursday Night League are Pat Croft and Drew Nixon.

A low gross score of 39 was recorded by Mike Knorr, and a low net of 32 was shot by Tim Williams.

Closest to pin No. 2 was Stan Wojcik and No. 4 was Jim Seiler. Individual hole winners were Knorr, Wojcik, Seiler, Cameron Wood and Rodger Fair.
