LORETTO — The Saint Francis women’s basketball team will be playing their final three regular-season games with a new head coach as Chynna Boseman is no longer with the program per sources and the team’s website.
Assistant coach Raphael McNeill will be the acting head coach for the remainder of the season. His tenure as acting head coach began Feb. 19 against Long Island University.
It was first reported Bozeman was suspended for the Red Flash’s two games this weekend before a source confirmed she was no longer with the program.
Terms and a reason for her suspension as well as her dismissal are unknown at this time.
Bozeman was in her first season leading the Red Flash and was 2-24 overall. She inherited a roster of all but two returning players and had a roster that was loaded with players in their final season of eligibility.

The Red Flash are currently 2-13 in NEC play this season and sit just one win shy of 400 overall wins in NEC play as a program.
McNeill is in his first season in Loretto and will lead Saint Francis games against Stonehill (10-16, NEC 6-9), Central Connecticut State (1-25, NEC 1-14) and Fairleigh Dickinson (24-4, NEC 15-0).
Prior to joining the Red Flash, McNeill was the head varsity basketball coach at Riverdale Baptist High School in Maryland for two seasons. He coached current Red Flash point guard Makyiah Ward while at Riverdale.
Saint Francis hosts Stonehill Thursday at 7 p.m. at DeGol Arena.
