MARTINSBURG -- Central's Lanee Berkhimer broke her own course record on Thursday with a time of 18:35 in a quad meet with Williamsburg, Portage and Foundations Christian Academy from Everett in high school cross country action..
The Williamsburg girls beat Central (15-50), Portage (23-31), and FCA (23-38). Portage earned a 23-38 victory over FCA.
On the boys end, Central defeated Foundations Christian Academy, 12-24, and tied with Williamsburg, 18-18. Williamsburg earned a 6-15 win over FACA, while Portage earned a pair of 15-50 wins over Williamsburg and FCA.
The Dragons' Braden Allison won the boys race with a time of 18:35.

TYRONE -- The Tyrone boys split with Bald Eagle Area and Bellefonte, beating the Eagles 23-36 while losing to the Red Raiders, 20-37.
The Tyrone girls lost 26-29 to Bellefonte and 25-32 to BEA.
Alex Brumbaugh was Tyrone's top boys, taking fourth in 18:26 against Bellefonte and second against BEA. Tyrone's top girl was Ella Savino, who was third in 23:15 against Bellefonte and second against BEA.
