EBENSBURG -- Central Cambria got a shutout in goal from Katie Scott in a 2-0 win over Penn Cambria on Thursday in girls high school soccer play.
The Lady Red Devils got solo goals from Abby Claar and Karlee Nileski. Scott finished with 10 saves as Penn Cambria fell to 7-11.
Central Cambria improved its record to 6-11-1.

Kensinger shines
CLEARFIELD -- Bethany Kensinger's penalty kick goal less than 10 minutes into the contest was all Central would need in earning a 1-0 victory over Clearfield.
Lady Dragon keeper Kailyn Gahagan came through with 10 saves to earn the shutout, while Carli Hart drew the foul that led to the Kensinger kick.
Central improved to 10-7-1 while the Lady Bison fell to 14-4-0.
