MINGOVILLE — Penn Cambria went 4-1, and Colten Karlheim won medalist honors for the Panthers after shooting a 76 at the Nittany Valley Country Club in a Laurel Highlands Athletic Conference boys golf crossover match on Thursday in high school play.
Kingston Durbin added an 81 for Penn Cambria, which defeated Bishop Carroll, Somerset, Bishop McCort and Chestnut Ridge but lost to Bellefonte.
Ryan Myers led the Huskies with an 86.

Britton Myher carded a 43 for the Mustangs, and Logan Gentile added a 47.

Tigers earn shutout
TYRONE — Hollidaysburg blanked Tyrone, 5-0, in high school girls tennis behind singles wins from Grace Muriceak, Emma Moritz and Rina Stiffler.
Olivia Panaro and Brooklyn Klingner won at No. 1 doubles, and Sandy Zheng and Katherine Wang won at No. 2 doubles for the Lady Tigers, who improved to 11-0. Tyrone fell to 4-4.

EBENSBURG — Central Cambria defeated Chestnut Ridge, 4-1, with the help of a sweep in the doubles competition.
Kat Kubat and Ireland DeBalli won at No. 1 doubles, and Daisy Smith and Chloe Sandoval won at No. 2 doubles.
Taryn Ream and Madison Dietz won singles matches for the now 8-2 Lady Devils.
Haley Hundley won at No. 1 singles for the Lady Lions. Hundley is the two-time defending District 5-8 Class 2A champion.
