TYRONE — Amariah Sprankle had three hits and three RBIs, and winning pitcher Kaitlyn Rockwell had three hits, including a double, and struck out 14 in Tyrone’s 9-0 win over Central in high school softball on Monday.
Sage Harris drove in two runs, and Samantha Shaw added two hits for the Lady Eagles.

Lady Devils triumph
EBENSBURG — Aubrey Ruddek had three hits, including a home run, to help Central Cambria down Huntingdon, 7-4, high school softball.
Katie Scott also homered for the Lady Red Devils, who improved to 12-3.
Keira Link had two RBIs, and winning pitcher Rowyn Ruddek struck out eight batters.
Raelynn Fisher had two home runs and three RBIs for the Lady Bearcats, who dropped to 10-6.
