HOLLIDAYSBURG -- Hollidaysburg cruised to a 5-0 victory over Tyrone in high school girls tennis on Thursday.
Crosby Denis, Grace Muriceak and Sarah Neatrour won in singles action, while the teams of Sarah Urban-Lily Grosser and Katie Klingner-Sophia Zangrilli claimed the doubles matches for the Lady Tigers.
Hollidaysburg is now 9-0, while Tyrone fell to 3-4.

MARTINSBURG -- Central won all three singles matches and both doubles in a 5-0 win over Everett in girls tennis.
Julia Ritchey, Kate Dunn and Breslyn Beech were victorious as singles players, while the teams of Brooklyn Coppersmith-Zoe Grill and Taryn Walters-Aubry Eckman came out on top in doubles play for the Lady Scarlet Dragons.

Sylvan Hills champs
HOLLIDAYSBURG -- Shirley Wilkinson, Sandy Murphy, Connie Angeski and Kim Strasser shot an 89 to win the Sylvan Hills Ladies Golf Association "Cha Cha Cha" game recently.
Mary Ann Downing, Linda Wise, Maureen Dodson and Joan Conway were second with a 97, and Ruth Lucey, Cathy Beam, Yvonne Gentry and Sue Mielnik were third with 100.
Robin Weaver, Dan Hegarty and Don Stubbs won the Butch Focht Senior Men's Tournament with a 34. Ed Brown, Jim Brown and Al Wilkes placed second by shooting 35 and winning a card-off over Terry Goldstein, Rodger Fai and Steve Downing.
