INDIANA -- The Hollidaysburg Area High School girls golf team improved to 5-0 on Friday afternoon, thanks to wins over Indiana and Punxsutawney at the Indiana Country Club.
Hollidaysburg finished at 182, followed by Indiana (248) and Punxy (250).
Sophomore Crosby Denis led the Lady Tigers with a 39. Teammate Alexis Peacock added a 45.
Indiana fell to 1-2 while Punxy is 1-3.

BG takes second
SOMERSET -- The Bishop Guilfoyle Academy boys golf team had a solid day on Friday, going 6-1 at the Laurel Highlands Athletic Conference cross section event held at the Somerset Country Club.
BG was led by Grant Okonak, who shot an 81 for his team (335) in wins over Central, Somerset, Johnstown, Penn Cambria, Bellefonte and Clearfield.
Westmont Hilltop went 7-0, led by Cadence Miller's 73.
The Scarlet Dragons went 5-2, led by Cody Clapper's 81. They defeated everyone except BG and Westmont.
Penn Cambria went 0-7 and got a 90 from Brandon Rabish.
