ARMAGH -- Sophomore Brielle McMillen won two events, and the Cambria Heights girls finished second in the Heritage Conference Track and Field Championships on Tuesday night at United High School.
Heights finished with 102 team points to finish behind champion Conemaugh Township, which had 120.
McMillen won the long jump with a leap of 15 feet, 9.5 inches and won the triple jump with a 34-3.25. In both events, Heights sophomore Rachel McClellan finished second.
McClellan also won the 100-meter hurdles event with a time of 16.46 seconds, and Heights junior Savannah Hoover prevailed in the 800-meter run in 2:28.06.
Senior Alex Chobany won the 1600 run in 5:34.22 for the Portage girls, who finished fifth in the team standings.
United won the boys competition with Cambria Heights fourth and Portage eighth. Heights junior Marshall Eckenrode won the boys 300 hurdles in 41.86.
