HOLLIDAYSBURG -- The Hollidaysburg Area High School boys tennis team ran its record to 14-0 with a 5-0 sweep of Somerest on Friday.
Ben Johnson, Garrett Bouchard and Michael Waibel won singles matches in straight sets for the Tigers, and Aamir Azad and Yvan Chen, and Alex Arbogast and Jacob Sidney each won in doubles play.
SINGLES: 1, Johnson, H, def. Grant, 6-3, 6-3. 2, Bouchard, H, def. Petrosky, 6-0, 6-0; 3, Waibel, H, def. Wassilchalk, 6-0, 6-2.

Altoona seniors honored
Altoona honored its three seniors - Josh Adams, Brady Sassano and Jackson Whitaker - in a 5-0 win over Saint Marys at Gorilla House Gym.
Adams and Sassano each won singles matches, and Whitaker combined with Sean Ratchford for a doubles win. Altoona's Luke Mitchell also won in No. 1 singles.

Tyrone triumphs
TYRONE -- Tyrone earned its second win of the season with a 3-2 victory over Bishop McCort.
Maverick Fleck won in No. 1 singles, and Quinn Cowher won by forfeit at No. 3 singles. Ethan Dasher and John Isenberg won at No. 2 doubles for the Golden Eagles.
