WILLIAMSBURG -- Zach Pier went 3-for-4 with a double, home run and three RBIs to help Bellwood-Antis double up Williamsburg, 6-3, in high school baseball action on Wednesday.

Josh Dorminy and Cam Swogger each had two hits for Bellwood, and Vincent Cacciotti worked four-plus innings to earn the win.

Rowan Gorsuch and Logan Brantner each had two hits for Williamsburg.

Altoona triumphs

Aaron Smearman's two-out RBI single in the bottom of the sixth inning scored Tanner Stroup with the only run of the game as Altoona topped Chambersburg, 1-0, at Mansion Park.

Stroup pitched five shutout innings and struck out eight with no walks. He also went 2-for-2 with a double at the plate.

Eric McAllister pitched two scoreless innings of relief to pick up his second win of the week for the Mountain Lions.

FLINTON -- Connor Potutschnig belted two doubles and drove in five runs to power Glendale to a 9-4 win over Harmony.

Levi Hamilton drove in two runs for the Vikings, and Troy Misiura scored three runs. Landen McGarvey struck out seven and gave up just three hits over five-plus innings to earn the win.

Heights unbeaten

PATTON -- Cambria Heights improved to 4-0 with an 11-0 win in five innings over Marion Center.

Anthony Swander worked 4-plus innings, scattering four hits with seven strikeouts and only two walks.

Swander also homered to go with a home run and three RBIs from teammate Bryce Lewis. Ethan Kline and Carson Lobick each added two RBIs while Mitchell Weiland added two hits.

Marion Center (0-4) allowed eight runs in the fourth inning.
