EBENSBURG -- The Altoona hockey team dropped a 7-6 decision to Forest Hills Thursday night in high school action at the Northern Cambria Rec Center.
Altoona led 3-2 after one period, thanks to goals from Owen Piper, Brady Sassano and Dominic Della. The Rangers took a 5-4 lead after two periods with the Mountain Lions getting their only goal from Carter Panick.
The Rangers made it 7-5 with a goal with 47 seconds left, courtesy of Joshua Morrison. Altoona scored with six seconds left to set the final tally at 7-6.
Cody Secrisky scored two goals for Forest Hills. Altoona also got a goal each from Iain McHenry and Chris Kozminski.
