REEDSVILLE -- Cam Woomer won the individual race in 17:27 to help the Altoona boys defeat Mifflin County, 19-44, and Ashlyn Noce won the girls race in 20:50 to help the Lady Lions top Mifflin County, 16-45, in high school cross country action on Wednesday.

BELLWOOD -- The Bellwood-Antis boys were edged by Somerset, 27-28, but the B-A girls topped both the Eagles, 25-30, and Bishop Carroll, 27-30, behind a third-place finish by Blake Pennington in 22:29.
The Somerset girls edged Carroll, 28-29, despite a runner-up finish by BC's Ava Pablic in 21:24. Maddox Laughard of Bishop Carroll won the boys race in 19:51, but the Huskies didn't have a team score.

LILLY -- The Central Cambria boys and girls each won three matchups.
The boys beat Chestnut Ridge, 17-46, Bald Eagle Area, 17-46, and Portage, 15-48, behind Evan George's runner-up finish in 17:04. Huntingdon's Tyler Rader won the race in 16:25.
The girls downed Ridge, 15-50, BEA, 15-50, and Portage, 15-49, behind Abigail Sheehan's winning time of 20:00.
The Portage boys defeated Chestnut Ridge, 25-31, and the girls beat Bald Eagle Area, 21-40, and lost to the Lady Lions, 27-29.
Portage's Alex Chobany finished seventh in 21:38.

TYRONE -- Addison Smith and Joseph McNicholas each finished as the runner-up in their races to help Hollidaysburg defeat Tyrone, 26-31, in boys and 15-50 in girls.
Bedford's Joseph Pencil (18:35) and Chloe May (20:07) won the races, and the Bisons boys beat Tyrone, 20-37 and the girls, 15-50.

Ryan Giraud had the best time for the Panthers in 20:57, and Miley Hoover was tops on the girls side in 24:11.
Bellefonte's Alex Crist and Emma Liadis won the races.
