"It's been a great two days for our program with winning the district championship yesterday and the Laurel Highlands championship today," Hollidaysburg coach Brian Denis said. "Bedford has an outstanding team with some talented singles players as well as nice depth at doubles. There's a reason they were undefeated, and it was a really exciting match today. One of our goals when the season started was to win the Laurel Highlands title in our first year in the league and we accomplished that today which is a nice way to end the season. ... The girls were up to the challenge today, and I am extremely proud of them. This has been such an outstanding season for us, one of the best."
